Train together, get coached individually.Semi-Private Training brings up to 3 people into the same session, so you benefit from the energy of a group without losing the attention of personal coaching.Sessions are organized by level, so you’re always training with people at a similar stage, while still getting progressions tailored to you:

  • Kettlebell Skills: build the base, learn proper technique, and gain strength safely.

  • Kettlebell Advanced: progress to complex lifts, conditioning, and performance.

It’s also a great way to connect with like-minded people, including other expats living locally.The precision of personal coaching, the motivation of community.
